<title><![CDATA[为什么要在冬天刚过就剪羊毛]]></title>

<P><FONT size=5>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 我们是不是可以这样约学生讲：羊毛就像绵羊的衣服，冬天穿得多，夏天穿得少。冬天为了保暖，很多动物都会换上一套特别保暖的“衣服”。这些毛毛告别细绒，是品质最好的上等羊毛。在冬天刚过就把这些羊毛给剪下来，就能卖出个好价钱。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=5>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 因此澳大利亚人剪羊毛的时间应该是在他们那里的冬天最冷时候刚刚过去不久就进行的了。也就是在每年的8、9月份。这样学生就记得准确了。</FONT></P>

<P align=left><FONT size=4>来杜郎口参观访问的人之多，是出乎想象的。<BR>　　但从今年起，来校参观的不仅有校长，教导主任、普通老师，也有学生。这些学生跟着自己的老师一起来到杜郎口，成为“取经新鲜人”。<BR>　　走进课堂，很容易分得清哪些是外地来学习的学生，哪些是杜郎口中学的学生。看着杜郎口的学生分散坐在课桌前，高高举手，争先恐后地发言、争辩，他们更像是一个沉默旁观者。<BR>　　“他们真活泼，真大方。”一个男孩子倚立在课桌前，不无羡慕地这样评价自己的同龄人。他来自河南安阳华侨育霖学校，尽管在学校时看过杜郎口上课的录像，但见到“真人”，还是被深深地震动了。<BR>　　比之“活泼”、“大方”，杜郎口的学生听到过更多的赞誉：“主动”、“张扬”、“积极”、“自信”，没有农村孩子所谓的“土气”、“羞涩”、“腼腆”，甚至比城市的孩子、名校的学生更外向，更有一种让人感动的热情……当然，更重要的是，他们脸上没有“厌倦”，而是写满了快乐。来参观杜郎口的人，首先被打动被感染的，不是这里的老师，不是这里的教学，甚至不是校长崔其升，而是学生的快乐。他们成为学校最好的形象代言人。<BR>　　同是学生，为什么有这么大的差别，是老师的原因，还是学生？<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <BR><STRONG>习惯，需要多久时间养成</STRONG></FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>　　任何事情的开始，都有一个源头。<BR>　　为什么杜郎口的学生就这么热情这么快乐？追溯到开始，每年9月，杜郎口初一年级都会迎来新生。他们来自“传统课堂”，不曾见过“把课堂还给学生”的“阵势”，不知道什么叫“我的课堂我做主”。他们和其他普通的孩子一样，选择做一个沉默的旁观者。<BR>　　而从一个沉默的旁观者到参与者，需要的时间是多少？一个月？一年？十年？杜郎口给出的答案是两周。现在，已经有越来越多的参观者知道，杜郎口新生开学的两星期内是不上课的，初一的学生会先到初二、初三各班中去体验和感受，为进入课做准备。就像一个客人挑选商品，聪明的商家会先让客户先体验服务，然后再做选择。<BR>　　有了这两周做准备，再在细节上下功夫，就事半功倍了。课堂的问题就必须要在课堂解决。杜郎口中学的课堂有非常严格的评价标准，比如学生的声音洪亮还是低沉，讲台前的表达流利还是结巴，板书认真还是草率，等等。这些标准就是在把课堂还给学生的过程中渐渐制订出来的。<BR>　　数学学科主任徐利举了这样一个例子：刚开始时，课堂上只有优秀生举手发言，学习不好的学生不敢参与。这时候就需要通过激励措施来“刺激”学生走向课堂。以“声音是否洪亮”为例，老师们一走向讲台，就说，今天我们上课来看看，哪位同学上课声音最洪亮，搞一个评比，谁的声音不洪亮，就扣掉小组量化分5分。“孩子们都好胜，你说，他能不大声吗？”徐利笑着用一种自豪的口气说，咱们杜郎口，抓什么，来什么，发现了哪个不足，就在这方面搞评价，学生就能在这方面“表现”。<BR>　　但很显然，不知道是因为答案太简单，还是说着容易做着难，来学习的同行们对这个说法并不持肯定态度。在学习杜郎口的众多心得体会中，记者发现，在提到杜郎口的学生，提到杜郎口的成果时，经常听到的、看到的一句话是，他们那儿的学生已经习惯了，咱们这儿不行。虽然，这种习惯于杜郎口而言，不过几年的时间，或者，对于每一拨新生，都是一个新开始。<BR>　　那么，问题到底出在哪里？<BR>　　<BR><STRONG>习惯，可以用一小时培养</STRONG><BR>　　<BR>　　在诸多学习杜郎口的学校中，来过次数多的达40多次，而这些“弟子”中，校长崔其升比较欣赏河南安阳华侨育霖学校，因为这个学校是真学。而那里的学生，也曾经让崔其升感动了一回。<BR>　　那是在2006年，崔其升与徐利等几个骨干教师到育霖学校上课，分别教三个班级。晚上，累了一天的老师们正在一起吃饭，忽然闯进来十几个学生，当时大家都很纳闷，却听见学生们要求，老师，为什么不让我们用这个模式上课，我们也要这样上课。原来同学们私下一交流，这些没轮着“杜郎口模式”的班级不乐意了。李彦军校长当即表态，从明天开始，全体同学都用这个模式。<BR>　　现在，崔其升的名声在育霖学校非常大，尤其是孩子们，“见到他，就像见到亲人一样”，一位老师这样说。<BR>　　今年，为了让学生更深切体验杜郎口的课堂，李彦军把初一的新生也带来了。“外向的学生适应特别快，几节课下来，就和杜郎口的学生一样举手了；内向的学生，适应慢一点”，李彦军说。事实上，在这里上了几天的课后，已经开始有学生打听在杜郎口上学需要多少钱了。“所以得好好学杜郎口，否则学生都转学了。”老师戏言。<BR>　　育霖学校的学生用了一天的时间就喜欢、适应了杜郎口的课堂，还有用一节课时间实现改变的。<BR>　　这些经验，徐利几乎是信手捻来，作为经常出外讲公开课，宣讲杜郎口模式的教师，他面对的都是传统课堂教出来的学生，并且时间更为紧张。一节公开课，如何让这些学生配合你？你要表现的是“把课堂还给学生”的课堂，如果缺少了这个主体，这节公开课还怎么上？但，正如自信的杜郎口学生一样，杜郎口的教师也很自信。<BR>　　课前一个小时就够了。徐利笑着说，关键是如何调动积极性。他会用10分钟介绍杜郎口的情况，为什么这个农村学校门口停那么多的车，每天来那么多的人？“先制造一个悬念，然后告诉他们，到杜郎口中学，与其是听老师们讲课，不如说是看同学们演讲，所以站到讲台的不是老师，而是学生”，鼓足劲了，就搞一个自信心擂台赛，“我让同学们用5分钟的时间写一个小东西，比如我的格言，我的理想，然后分成6个小组，组长开会决定排名顺序，大家轮流上台发言，一个都不能少”。<BR>　　有了这课前一个小时的“总动员”，课如何上不好？<BR>　　“你必须让学生得到展示的机会，而展示的过程就是赏识的过程，没有一个孩子不渴望被肯定、被赏识。”徐利说。<BR>　　<BR><STRONG>需要改变的是谁</STRONG><BR>　　<BR>　　其实，想让学生变成“杜郎口式的”并不难。无论在河南的安阳、开封，还是江苏的无锡、灌南，安徽的阜阳，杜郎口的教师上午进班，下午学生就开始参与课堂；杜郎口的教师来了3天，学生就适应了；杜郎口的教师给初三的学生开了一个班会，不知用了什么方法，学生们都哭得“泪流成河”。<BR>　　徐利说了一句大实话，其实最难改变的不是学生，而是老师。老师的理念决定了老师的课堂，什么是最省事的课堂，就是老师讲，学生听。一旦把课堂让给学生，教师要付出更多的努力。如何才能学好杜郎口，徐利说：“校长是关键，学科主任是保障，教师起决定作用。”<BR>　　学生动起来不难，学生本来就喜欢杜郎口这种形式。问题是老师不动起来，学生怎么动起来，想动也动不了。<BR>　　“放手就是爱”，曾经，崔其升几乎是这样恳求自己的教师，少讲乃至不讲。在课堂上，老师应该是方向标，指路牌，要把课堂还给学生，要相信学生的能力。<BR>　　现在，杜郎口中学的老师“明白”了，把课堂还给学生，但有几个学校能做到这一点呢？有几个老师能做到这一点呢？<BR>　　从表面上看，现在学杜郎口的学校很多很多，但老师真正动起来，真正去相信学生却少而又少。在记者的采访中，很多学校的老师依然牢牢把握课堂的主动权，并没有把这项权力还给学生。他们学到的是，四周挂满黑板，课前预习，分组讨论，但教师讲得并不少。<BR>　　育霖学校的魏老师去年9月曾来过一次杜郎口，今年是第二次学习。他直言，杜郎口对自己是一个极大的震撼和冲击，这样的课堂，毫无疑问，碰到的问题比原来多，突发性事件也会增加。但却是一定要改变的，魏老师引用了鲁迅的名言——即使搬动一张桌子，改装一个火炉，几乎也要血；而且即使有了血，也未必一定能搬动。何况改变传统课堂？<BR>　　同样是教语文的张老师也承认，学习杜郎口，最大的挑战是老师，学习了杜郎口之后，感觉比原来要累，备课要想很多东西。<BR>　　而今年才真正转变过来的朱老师笑着说，虽然加重了负担，但直到现在，她才体验到教学的快乐。<BR>　　这让人想起了一句话：你打破了枷锁，获得的快乐不仅仅是你一个人。<BR>　　<BR><STRONG>我不再是课堂里的傀儡<BR></STRONG>　　<BR>　　教师的改变，真的有那么重要吗？在一些人的理解中，所谓把课堂还给学生，让他们上课多发言不就行了？学生展示是有限度的，你说展示的过程就是赏识，但赏识不就是肯定加赞扬，多表扬就好了。但真有那么简单吗？<BR>　　还是学生最有发言权。<BR>　　现在看任晓梁，是一个非常活泼的孩子。上课积极发言，课后帮助同学，热情、积极、主动等词语放到他身上，非常恰当。但很少人知道，没来杜郎口之前，任晓梁是谁见都头痛的“小霸王”，打扰街坊四邻不说，和妈妈吵架，对着“干仗”，脏话连篇。当记者拐弯抹角问起他的“前科”，十三岁的任晓梁一点都不觉得“丢人”，他很“大方”地说，没关系，以前我确实挺爱骂人的。<BR>　　在课堂上，任晓梁的表现非常活跃，他会自己找问题，每一次得到发言的机会就会很得意，有几个男孩特别喜欢他，戏称他为“我们班的活宝”。在这样的课堂，“小霸王”没有时间也没有机会捣蛋了。“大家都在抢着发言，想找人偷摸着玩都不可能。”<BR>　　从小霸王到可爱的活宝，任晓梁实现了一个不错的转移。<BR>　　任晓梁是杜郎口本地的孩子，还有从聊城转学来的田乐岩。在没来杜郎口之前，家人对他已经“绝望”，唯一的希望是别进“局子”。<BR>　　那时候的田乐岩和其余三个哥们并称为学校的“四大金刚”，成宿上网，无法自拔。田乐岩的一个哥们被家人用铁链锁在家里，但他硬是砸掉链子，偷跑出来。谈到这些朋友，田乐岩的声音低沉了许多：“我曾经想让他们也来杜郎口，但他们没来，现在他们三个已经失踪了，半个月都没回过家了。”<BR>　　为什么杜郎口能让田乐岩“戒网”呢？“以前的学校，我感觉自己就是一个傀儡，在这里，我不是。”面对记者，田乐岩腼腆地说，“在原来的学校，老师可势利了，看不起差学生。在这里，老师和同学就像朋友，这儿的学生特别开放特别开朗。”用一个词语来形容来到杜郎口的感觉，田乐岩不假思索地说，“如鱼得水”。在他看来，学习一天，过得特别快，好像玩儿一样。<BR>　　把课堂还给学生，不仅仅是一种理念，不仅仅是口头的高调，不仅仅是拍拍学生的头，告诉他你很棒。否则教育不需要艺术，只需说你很棒就万事大吉了。杜郎口的课堂酝酿了一种氛围，体现了一种最为平等不过的师生关系。学生需要的不是“赏识”的露水，而是“倾盆大雨”。<BR>　　<BR><STRONG>快乐课堂我称帝</STRONG><BR>　　<BR>　　与任晓梁、田乐岩不同，从河北邯郸转学过来的陈诺更为“特殊”，内向、羞涩到了极点，家里来了亲戚，都不敢抬头讲话，走路都是溜着墙根。来到杜郎口之后，陈诺依然故我，上课不听讲，整日无精打采，和杜郎口学生俨然是两个世界中人。<BR>　　班主任张代英就找他谈话，但陈诺还是不敢在课堂发言。<BR>　　一次偶然的机会，张代英所在的班级被推选到报告厅上全校公开课。课前，张代英又走到报告厅的舞台上，对陈诺说：“这节课，你一定要主动站起来回答一次问题。”陈诺不好意思地低着头笑了。<BR>　　上课了，张代英让同学们自愿站起来朗读单词，张楠、李一峰，陈诺第三个站起来了，全班同学都为他鼓掌。下课了，张代英专门开了一次班会，为陈诺加油。<BR>　　听到陈诺终于站起来发言的消息，他的妈妈在电话里哭着说，这是一个天大的好消息，你们是我们全家的大恩人。<BR>　　不管进入杜郎口课堂的是什么样的孩子，孤僻的、调皮的、内向的、外向的，不管你是立即适应，还是过了一个月才敢主动发言，但在这里，每个人都找到了自己的位置。至今，来自东北的李然都记得第一次发言的感受，“非常紧张，非常害怕，自己都不敢相信我也能站起来”。<BR>　　但无论是任晓梁、田乐岩，还是陈诺、李然，都说，只要克服了这层“心理障碍”，迈出了发言的第一步，以后就再不会害怕了，即使面对这么多的参观者。正如任晓梁说的，就把参观的人当成一棵树，该干什么干什么。<BR>　　杜郎口的课堂培养了学生的什么能力，徐利老师来了几点总结。一是自学能力，一是良好的语言表达能力，一是勇敢、自信的精神，最后一点，是良好的竞争心理。为什么是良好的竞争心理？因为在杜郎口的课堂，发言有三个等级：等待机会、争取机会、创造机会。如果总是抢不到机会发言怎么办，记者现场看到一个学生“自揭错误”，以期获得发言。“这就是自己创造机会”，徐利说，在争抢中发言，大家有合作也有竞争，这不是培养了良好的竞争心理吗？<BR>　　有了这四种能力，杜郎口的学生才那么“主动”、“张扬”、“积极”、“自信”，才那么“快乐”，甚至有种“霸气”。记者忽然想起在杜郎口的墙壁上看到的标语，其中最引入瞩目的是一个女生写的14个大字，“我的霸气无人敌，快乐课堂我称帝”。<STRONG>（因涉及未成年人，本文学生皆为化名）</STRONG></FONT></P>

<P><FONT size=3>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 用晨昏线来判断时间，过去考试常用的是与赤道交点的时间，但去年全国卷就开始用切点的时间做为考试判断时间的依据了。我们知道晨线与赤道交点的时间是六点，而昏线与赤道交点的时间是晚上六点（18点），而晨昏线与某两个纬线的切点的时间一个是正午12点，另一个是子夜0点。上述顺口溜中的切点都指与北半球的切点，该切点时间决定于北极点附近昼夜状况。如果北极点附近是白昼，则切点对应经线的地方时就是0点，如果北极点附近是黑夜，则切点对应经线的地方时是正午12点。</FONT></P>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[为什么同一纬线上不同地方日出　或　日落的地方时相同？]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[<P>　　　　<FONT size=5>昨晚辅导课上有个学生问了这样一个问题：为什么同一纬线上日出和日落的地方时是相同的？当时着实让我为难了一会儿，因为过去我们也许从来就没有思考过这个问题，也没有学生询问过这样的问题，我们就只讲结论，能应用就行了，可是现在有学生问到这样的问题了，我们该如何回答他呢？</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=5>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 我想这个现象应该和同一纬线上不同地点昼长相等，夜长也相等是同实质的问题，这现象是不是由正午太阳高度决定的呢？因为同一纬线上各点的正午太阳高度是相同的。那接下来的问题是为什么同一纬线上的正午太阳高度又是相同的呢？这应该是和地球的近似正球体形状相关，也与地球自转和公转的姿态有关系。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=5>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 在研究这类问题时，我们是把地球看作是正球体的，这样的球体就有完美的对称性，再加上地球自转是围绕地轴旋转，这样就造成同一纬线上不同地方同一天正午太阳高度相同，白昼时间相同， 日出（日落）地方时间相同。我这样给这个学生解释，他似乎也明白了这个道理。但我自己却不敢相信这样的解释是不是很有道理，是不是能自圆其说并让学生彻底明白。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=5>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 我还在想这问题关键点就是“ 纬度相同”，而同纬度的地方因地球的近似正球体形状就有很多相似的自然现象。 </FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=5>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 不知道星韵同仁在平时的教学中遇到学生这样的问题没有，也不知我这样的解释有多少正确成分，请大家多多指教。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=5>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; （后续）上午走进教室给学生提出了上述问题，在给学生讲解的时候，我忽然又想到了上述情况的出现应该更主要的决定于地球自转和公转的姿态。如果地球象陀螺一样摆动旋转，或者说地轴并不始终指向北极星的话，地球上恐怕就没有了上述现象。同时如果公转的姿态也不是现在这种状况的话，也是不会有这些现象的。所以上述现象的产生最主要还是取决于地球自转和公转的姿态，并且这种姿态相对比较稳定，短时期内不会发生大的变化，也还由于地球的近似正球体形状。也许这样解释才是这现象背后的真正的科学原因吧？！</FONT></P>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[地方时和区时计算的关键]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<FONT size=5>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 时间计算问题历来是高考的常考内容,也是学生们认为的难点内容，其实如果领会了时间计算的实质，时间计算问题是很有规律可寻的。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=5>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 时间计算应该有以下三个关键点：</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=5>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1、已知时间或者推测时间。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=5>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 这是解决问题最为关键的一步，近年来再也不会直接给出某地的时间，让考生去求另一个地方的时间了，这是太简单的试题。试题形式往往把已知时间暗含在题干中，要考生自己去推理得出。推测求时间最多的形式是给出晨昏线或者昼夜长短状况、日出早晚等。根据这些来推测时间成了学生解题的难点。我们知道，根据晨昏线来判断时间，有四个关键点，即晨（昏）线与赤道的交点对应经线的时间是早（晚）六点钟，晨昏线与某两条纬线的切点对应的时间是正午12点钟或者是子夜0点钟（24点）。有时候白昼的长短也是判断时间的一个途径。这要具体情况具体对待，不能一概而论，考生在考场里要随机应变。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=5>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2、求出两地的时差</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=5>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 全球同一时刻，任何两地的时差决定于两地的经度差。只要设法求出两地的经度差，时差就好解决了。&nbsp; </FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=5>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3、地方时或区时都是<U><STRONG>东早西晚</STRONG></U></FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=5>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 因为地球自转的方向是自西向东，这就决定了同一条纬线上东边的地方总是先看到日出，时间要早于西边的地方。简单记为<STRONG><EM>东早西晚</EM>，</STRONG>这是决定用加法还是用减法的关键，已知东边时间，求西边时间的话就用减法，已知西边时间求东边时间的话就用加法，简单记为“<EM><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #5c44bb">求东加，求西减</FONT></EM>”。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=5>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 在这类试题中，“北京时间”是学生必须知道的基本知识，考试时候试卷上是不会解释“北京时间”的，前三年新增的“国际标准时间”也是不会解释的。这都是考生应该明白的基本知识。</FONT></P>
